One of the challenges in creating new requirements is that everyone on your team looks at it from a different angle.  This session will help you develop a documented process for creating requirements that takes each of these angles into account right from the beginning.  We’ll focus on what you really need the system to do (the output), how your data enters the system (the input)…and everything that happens in between.  We’ll also explore best practices for developing and executing testing scenarios, and share lessons learned about the biggest pitfalls to avoid in requirements development.
